OCTOBER 4th—6th TENTERDEN FOLK FESTIVAL, Tenterden, Kent. My annual trip to this friendly festival. Little venues all over the town: singarounds, concerts, workshops and a storyround.

OCTOBER 26—NOVEMBER 3rd. DISCOVERY DAYS FESTIVAL for the Derwent Valley World Heritage Site. Another of my regular bookings, this must be about 15 years!
Monday 28th 11am Lead & Limestone: a short Story-Walk on the Cromford/Wirksworth border. A bit of history, some stories and great scenery.
Friday 1st Nov. 8pm TRAINS & BOATS & SHANKS’S PONY a Concert with Keith Kendrick and Sylvia Needham at Wheatcrofts Wharf Café. Songs and stories about transport and travelling.
Sat 2nd Cromford: Gothic Warehouse, Cromford Wharf—craft fair. Selling books CDs etc

Wed 6th: Aston on Trent Heritage Centre. Cameo Club, A Derbyshire Christmas
Tues 19th: Hassop Hall. Probus Lady’s Club, Christmas Dinner entertainment
